Store Policy

All physical items are handmade, one by one, with great attention to detail and quality.  Due to the handmade nature of each item, there may be very slight differences in same size items, however, this will not effect the quality or usability of the product.  In the unlikely event there is an issue with any product, please email us at BuddysDream1@gmail.com so we can remedy the situation.

For sanitary reasons, physical items are not returnable.  For sized items, all dimensions have been provided.  Please be sure to measure your pet to ensure you are ordering the correct size.  Please understand that colors may vary slightly from the pictures you see on your screen due to differences in computer monitors.  If you are local to the Terre Haute, Indiana area and are needing a specific shade, it may be best to visit us locally to see the items in person before making a purchase.

Custom Orders - We will entertain custom orders.  If you would like something custom made, contact us at BuddysDream1@gmail.com and be sure to include your phone number.  We will call you to discuss the details of your request.  All custom orders must be paid for in full in advance of us making your custom items.  From the point we start purchasing materials and making your custom order, there will be no refunds, so please be certain you want the custom items before placing and paying for your custom order.

Regarding digital items:

Digital items are only available for sale to customers in the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.  Digital items are NOT available to be sold to any other countries.

All digital items (with the exception of the free e-books written by Dr. Ian Dunbar) are guidance documents written by me to help give guidance to people who may be struggling with dog behavior issues or an aggressive dog.  These guidance documents are only intended as a guide and are not a substitute for seeking the help and advice of a Board Certified Veterinary Behaviorist or other qualified and certified professional.  The methods detailed in these guides are methods which worked for Buddy, but depending on your dog’s specific situation, they may or may not work with your dog.  If you are dealing with an aggressive dog, or a dog with a serious behavior issue, Buddy’s Dream LLC highly recommends you seek the advice of a Board Certified Veterinary Behaviorist.
