Shipping & Returns 

Shipping Policy

We can only sell and ship physical items to the United States of America at this time.  Digital items are available to customers in the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand only.

For local pick-up, we will contact you within 2 business days of you placing your order to arrange for your pick-up.

 

For shipped items, items will be shipped within two business days of you placing your order.  We cannot hold orders for you or do a delayed ship date, all items will be fulfilled and shipped at the time the order is placed.  Standard shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days, Priority Shipping takes 3-5 business days.  However, this time frame may vary depending on how much shipping traffic there is at the time of your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

For sanitary reasons, physical items that have been delivered (meaning they left Buddy's Dream LLC's possession) are not returnable.  For sized items, all dimensions have been provided.  Please be sure to measure your pet to ensure you are ordering the correct size.  Please understand that colors may vary slightly from the pictures you see on your screen due to differences in computer monitors.  If you are needing a specific shade, it may be best to visit us locally to see the items in person before making a purchase.

Digital items are not returnable.  Digital items will be available for you to download as soon as you place your order.  

 

If you have any questions or issues with your order, please contact us at BuddysDream1@gmail.com, we will make it right.

In the unlikely event we make an exception to this return policy,  unless it was due to an error on the part of Buddy's Dream LLC (for example we shipped the wrong items), return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.  We allow 5 business days from the date the item has been received for you to contact us regarding the possibility of us applying an exception to our "no return" policy.

In the event you placed an order, paid for it, and then changed your mind and cancelled the order before it was shipped, your money will be refunded minus any fees Buddy's Dream LLC incurred for the processing of your payment.

Regarding Custom Orders:  All custom orders must be paid for in full in advance of us making your custom items.  From the point we start purchasing materials and making your custom order, there will be no refunds, so please be certain you want the custom items before placing and paying for your custom order.

And now for the "legal" stuff...

This website is owned and operated by Jill Shuey of Buddy’s Dream LLC, located in Terre Haute, Indiana, and offers visitors various handmade items and digital items for sale.  We also offer a blog which tells Buddy's story where we share information about his rehabilitation.

In order to make a purchase from this website, you must be at least 18 years of age, and if younger, you must have the permission of your parent or guardian.

​

If buying a digital item, you must live in the US, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand.

​

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing, shipping, and sales tax is available on the payments page.

For Physical Items:

For sanitary purposes, all sales are final; therefore, unless we have made an error and shipped the wrong item, it cannot be returned or refunded.  If there is a problem with an item received, please email us at BuddysDream1@gmail.com and provide detail of the problem, a photo if possible, and include your telephone number; we will call you to work with you on a resolution.  We will make every effort to work out an amicable solution.

 

In the unlikely event we make an exception and return of an item or items is necessitated, and not due to any fault or error of Buddy's Dream LLC, all return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

For Digital Items:

 

Digital items are only available for sale to customers in the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.  Digital items are NOT available to be sold to any other countries.

 

All digital items (with the exception of the free e-books written by Dr. Ian Dunbar) are guidance documents written by me to help give guidance to people who may be struggling with dog behavior issues or an aggressive dog.  These guidance documents are only intended as a guide and are not a substitute for seeking the help and advice of a Board Certified Veterinary Behaviorist or other qualified and certified professional.  The methods detailed in these guides are methods which worked for Buddy, but depending on your dog’s specific situation, they may or may not work with your dog.  If you are dealing with an aggressive dog, or a dog with a serious behavior issue, Buddy’s Dream LLC highly recommends you seek the advice of a Board Certified Veterinary Behaviorist.

Regarding the Blog:

 

All information in the blog posts on this site is my opinion based on my own experience rehabilitating Buddy, who is an aggressive dog. I am not a professional behaviorist or otherwise involved in the Veterinary profession. If you are dealing with an aggressive dog, I recommend you seek the advice of a Board Certified Veterinary Behaviorist.
